Kobe Bryant's Crazy 8 Game Worn Sneakers Up For Bids

Kobe Bryant's first All-Star game worn sneakers are now up for bid. Currently, the pair of shoes that Kobe wore on February 8, 1998 are at $27,000 with over a day left.

Even though the event was held in New York, the whole court was flooded with Purple and Gold with almost half of the roster being Lakers' players. Shaquille O'Neal, Nick Van Exel and Eddie Jones were also part of the All-Star Games.
Kobe Bryant also surpassed Magic Johnson as the youngest NBA player to make an appearance in the All-Star Games.

Kobe scored 18 points while only playing 22 minutes and sitting out the whole 4th quarter of the game. While Bryant's floor time was minimal, it got Jordan very worried about being shown up.

... I just wanted to make sure that Kobe didn't dominate me.

Jordan told reporters.
